Glossier Products still in packaging

It’s impossible to visit a beauty blog or YouTube channel without seeing a video about Glossier. The brand was started by Into the Gloss Founder, Emily Weiss. You may remember her from her multiple appearances on MTV’s “The Hills.”

Glossier Chicago Pop-Up Shop

Over the summer, Glossier did a pop-up shop event in Chicago. Of course, I had to stop by, and finally get the opportunity to check out their products in person. I was so excited and happy to finally have the opportunity to purchase and test out some products.

Glossier Haul and Review

Perfecting Skin Tint in Medium (1 fl oz) – This is a top-rated skin tint across the beauty community. Many hoped it had more coverage, but this is just what I’m looking for on a daily basis when I don’t need anything full coverage. There’s no scent, it goes on nicely, and it works at covering up my discoloration.

Lash Slick (.29 fl oz) – This an excellent go-to mascara for an everyday look. It doesn’t do anything crazy with my lashes, but I like how it looks. There’s no clumping, and my lashes look great!

Lidstar in Fawn (.15 fl oz) – This liquid eye shadow is great for everyday looks. I apply it using the applicator and blend it out with a MAC 217 brush. Even though it doesn’t have a lot of pigmentation, it gives a nice splash of color to the lids.

Generation G Lipstick in Crush (.1 fl oz) – Reformulated at the end of last year, this matte lipstick is incredible. It gives a nice matte tint to the lips and lasts a solid three hours before re-applying. The color is the perfect choice to add a pop of color to the lips. While it’s not drying, it’s recommended to apply a lip balm under it.

Cherry Balm dotcom (.5 fl oz) – You can’t make a Glossier purchase without getting a balm dotcom. This top-rated lip balm is a favorite among the beauty community. I went with the cherry to give my lips a nice lip stain effect. I do have better balms, but this is nice to have in the purse or on the nightstand.
